Delivery & Shipping

Here at JD Airsoft, we send all our packages and parcels with our specially picked UK couriers (UPS) to ensure your order gets to you on time and in one piece.

Dispatching Orders:

At JD Airsoft we have many of our products available in the warehouse, in stock and ready to ship. In some cases where items are not to hand we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss options and choices.

UPS Courier Service:

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays due to the Courier Service or other situational circumstances such as breakdowns, weather conditions, or other situations, non-nature and nature-related delays or disruptions.

We offer a next working day service meaning our parcels will be dispatched and delivered from Tuesday to Friday.

All orders received before 14:00 PM weekdays are generally shipped the same working day for next day delivery unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after 14:00 PM or on Fridays, Weekends, are shipped on the next working day.

Please be aware that we are bound by the rules set out by the courier services we use to ship your goods. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the delivery times as stated in our terms & conditions. 

Should there be any delays we will notify you immediately. Our service team is more than happy to assist or follow up on any queries or questions. We always aim to provide the best support and are always willing to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion if any issues arise. 

Standard Shipping:

Standard tracked shipping is applied to all products and will be dispatched with UPS courier.

Replica Imitation Firearms (RIFS - UK Only):

A VALID DEFENSE such as UKARA must be provided at the point of purchase for any military-coloured Replica imitation Firearm (RIF’s). UK only.

Please note: All orders are checked before any order is processed that requires a defense number. The defense number will be checked prior to dispatch to make sure it is valid and in date.

If we are not satisfied the information or defense is valid or you do not have the appropriate defense or valid defense number, including up-to-date delivery information we will not be able to process the order. We will not dispatch any items where a valid defense is required. We will contact you first to make you aware of the issue and give you a suitable agreed time frame to rectify the issue. Should the information not be suitable and updates are not able to be made such as address changes etc, the order will be cancelled and a refund given after 24 hours.

Please note administration fees may apply where payment method fees and charges are incurred. Such fees will not be refunded where we are charged as a result and these amounts will be deducted from the refund value.

Alternatively, a two-tone service will be offered and the painting service fee will be applied at an extra cost to the customer where a valid defense is not attainable. 

Address Requirements for Customers:

Please make sure you have provided accurate shipping details at check out. We will not refund or send any items delivered to the wrong address due to information at the checkout being incorrect or not put to date. Please, also make sure you have included a form of contact information being, an email address, and contact telephone number.

In the case where any parcels are having to be re-routed due to incorrect destination information provided by the customer, all carriers charge a re-routing fee. This fee will be your responsibility to pay if it has been deemed incorrect due to the address delivery information being incorrect at the time of checkout.
